Group meditation takes place on Sunday mornings at 9am. All group sessions will be held outside in the outdoor office space.

What to expect
Always come prepared. Sessions will be held in the outdoor setting to maximize the experience of disconnection. Also please ensure you bring with you the following:
Session structure
10-15 minute discussion - gradually decrease in initial discussion as sessions advance.
20-30 minute meditation
15-20 minute debrief - The end of the meditation process shall be used for open discussion in regards to learnings and actualizations discovered during meditation. This time will also be used for questions and comments, as well as suggestion for further meditation group sessions.

- Proper footwear
- Something comfortable to sit on. Ie. Yoga mat, blanket, a cushion
- Appropriate clothing. We are subject to weather changes, ensure you will be cool or warm enough.
- I will supply water. However please feel free to bring your own.
